How to Track Your Order

All Arctic Blast orders are processed and fulfilled through BuyGoods, the authorized retailer. To track your order:

  1. Check Your Email: After placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email from BuyGoods with your order number and tracking information.
  2. Visit BuyGoods: Go to www.buygoods.com/contact and use your order number or email address to check your order status.
  3. Use Your Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor delivery progress.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • International: 12–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Common Order Questions

I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact BuyGoods support with the email address you used at checkout.

My tracking number isn’t working.

It can take 24–48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If it’s been more than 48 hours, contact BuyGoods support.

My order arrived damaged.

Contact BuyGoods immediately at www.buygoods.com/contact with photos of the damage. They will arrange a replacement or refund.
